What's your coaching process?
My coaching offering is where I work individually with each client on their goals. Together, we understand what is holding them back and work to create an action plan for positive change.
What can I expect in a coaching session?
I recommend each client comes in with an intention or goal, but this is something we can also work on together.
I learn about your personal history and background as well as your catalyst for seeking change.
Together, we identify the factors holding you back and create a path forward towards positive change.
I am guided by my 3 step approach to healing.
Sessions vary as I work holistically with each client.
Each client understands what is showing up their life, why it's there, and how to up-level it to achieve freedom.
What patterns to you work with?
Some patterns include, but are not limited to:
Addiction, self-destructive patterns, scarcity mindset, and an inability to let go.
I also work with limiting beliefs around career, love, finances, and relationship to self.
